Contact options

Start with a call, a text or an email

Call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. A short text describing the decision you face is a good way to begin; we take it from there.

Three ways to reach us

Channel Details Best for
Call (604) 632-4959 Talking it through straight away
Text (604) 632-4959 A quick first message at any time of day
Email Ali@Sedighi.ca Sending vendor proposals or longer background

Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.

Texting is welcome, and for many owners it is the easiest start. A short text such as "renewal coming up, not sure whether to switch CRM" gives us enough to reply with a few questions and a suggested time.

What to include in your message

The more specific the first message, the more useful the first conversation. Helpful details:

  • the decision you are facing, for example selecting a field-service system or reviewing an AI tool
  • the systems you use today and roughly how long you have used them
  • how many people would use the new system
  • any deadline, such as a contract renewal or a busy season
  • your province, so we can note the relevant privacy regime and sales tax
  • whether you prefer to meet in person or by video call

A template you can adapt for a text or an email:

Hi, I'm [Your name] from [Business name] in [City], [Province]. We have about [number] staff and use [current system] for [purpose]. We are deciding whether to [decision], ideally by [date]. Could we set up a first conversation by [video call / in person / phone]?

What happens next

  1. We reply, usually within one business day, with a few clarifying questions and suggested times.
  2. The first conversation lasts about 30 minutes, free and without obligation. We listen, ask about the decision and its context, and tell you honestly whether paid advice is worthwhile.
  3. If it makes sense, a written proposal follows, with the deliverables, the timeline, the fee and the terms. Nothing starts until you agree to it in writing.

If the conversation shows that you need something we do not provide, such as legal advice or a marketing agency, we will say so.

How consultations work

Consultations happen online by video call and in person, as well as by phone, text and email. Discovery interviews and vendor demos work well by video. Leadership workshops and scoring sessions often go better in a room together, and we meet in person whenever that suits you. We work with businesses in every province and territory; see the areas we serve.

Before you get in touch

If you want to think the decision through first, our guides are a good place to start. The CRM three-year cost guide helps you estimate what a system really costs, and the scoring matrix guide shows how to compare vendors fairly. The services page explains each type of engagement, and pricing sets out the fee options.

Common questions about getting started

Do we need to know which service we need? No. Describe the problem; we will suggest the smallest useful first step.

Will we be passed to a junior consultant? No. You speak with a senior person from the first conversation.

Can you look at a vendor proposal we have already received? Yes. That is often a short hourly engagement, and it is a good way to see how we work before committing to more.

Is our information kept confidential? We use what you share only to respond to you and to scope the work. The site's privacy page explains how we handle contact information.

Frequently asked questions

What are your hours?

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation.

Can we meet in person instead of by video?

Yes. A workshop around your own table is as easy to arrange as a video session, and phone, text and email suit quick questions. Tell us which format your team prefers.

What should we have ready for the first conversation?

A rough idea of the decision, the systems you use today, the number of people affected and any deadline such as a renewal date. Vendor proposals are helpful if you have them.
